My name is sifu Douwe ter Horst and i have practised mainly the Chinese Martial Arts. I have done Wing Tsun and Wing Chun styles also in the Cukar lineage. Also some Five Animal Kung Fu in the Fournier lineage with some Shaolin Temple martial arts. I participated in several Kung Fu training camps and also i have opened my own martial arts academy in Zwolle the Netherlands. I teach Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanda Kickboxing, Selfdefense, Weapons, Chen Tai Chi, Qi Gong and also Wing Chun. I want to learn my students much aspects and realistic selfdefense as possible. Zwolle is a great city in the Netherlands and when you are around you are welcome to train and study with us.
