After an honourable discharge from the 2nd 4th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment I started training Wing Chun under Sifu Rolf Clautznitser in 1988. In 1992 I travelled to the U.K and started a club under Sifu Samuel Kwok in Edinburgh, Scotland. In 1995/6 I travelled to Hong kong and became an indoor student of Grandmaster Ip Chun. Since that time i hace been Honoured to Represent the Grandmaster in all the Wing Chun World Titles held in Foshan, China and Represented the Grandmaster in the Martial Arts Olympics in St Petersburg, Russia. I have focused on promoting Cultural Exchange through Wing Chun in China and Russia . I am the founder of Outback Wing Chun. www.outbackwingchun.net
