about me

**About Me: Boris Devienne - Everything Wing Chun** As a dedicated practitioner of Wing Chun for over 15 years, I, Boris Devienne, have immersed myself in the art and tradition of this powerful martial art. My journey began with a deep curiosity about the effectiveness and philosophy of Wing Chun, which led me to train rigorously and eventually become a student of Master Lance Pun from Foshuan, China. Master Pun is a direct heir to the lineage of Ng Chan, a respected figure in the Wing Chun community. With over 30 years of experience in martial arts, I am proud to carry the knowledge and teachings of traditional Wing Chun to my students in Europe, particularly in France, where I operate from the city of Labastide Saint Pierre. My aim has always been to stay true to the original principles of Wing Chun while making it accessible to modern practitioners. For me, Wing Chun is not just a system of self-defense, but also a way to build character, develop discipline, and foster resilience. Through my association with [https://wing-chun-kuen.fr/](https://wing-chun-kuen.fr/), I strive to create an environment where students can learn, grow, and experience the essence of Wing Chun. My classes focus on effective techniques, practical applications, and understanding the depth of the art's heritage. I also emphasize the importance of respecting the lineage, which is at the core of everything we do in Wing Chun. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, my approach to Wing Chun aims to help you grow both physically and mentally. I believe that everyone can benefit from the practice of Wing Chun, regardless of age or background, and I welcome you to be part of this journey with me. Devienne is a passionate instructor who is dedicated to sharing his knowledge of wing chun with others. He is a valuable asset to the wing chun community. Since 2023, Devienne has been studying wing chun with Master Lance Pun, a direct disciple of Ng Chun , who was a student of Ng Chun, the master of "phantom foot".
