Grandmaster Tam Kong learned Weng Chun Kung Fu under GGM Tung Jit back in the 30s last century in Hong Kong. And he was a former chairman of the Hong Kong Fresh Floral association in Yau Ma Tei (minutes walk from DTL).
Tam Kong later he continued to learn from GM Tung On and GM Chu Chung Man so basically they all represent Tung Jik's Weng Chun.

He seldom teach his sons or daughters Kung Fu since shortly after he has completed Weng Chun lesson from his SiFu, Japanese invaded China and Hong Kong so the Pacific War (WW2) broke out and the Tam’s family suffered tremendously during that period of time, so much energy was devoted on survival and putting food on the table for the big family and Kung Fu surely not a top priority. After the war, he was fully occupied by his nursery business. Just at that moment, he reunited with his SiHing Chu Chung Man and somehow persuaded Chu to teach his sons so that to keep the Weng Chun tradition alive in our family. Grandmaster Tam therefore brought his sons also to DTL and started following GM Chu Chung Man and GM Tang Yik. As far as I been told, Tam’s Weng Chun has never been passed down to others outside Tam family.
