J.N. Pfeiffer began her martial arts journey in 1970's. Passionate about Wing Chun, she dedicated years of intense training that led her to eventually pass it on to her own students.

Being an artist and also a science teacher, she developed her own distinctive, highly systematic and sequential spiral curriculum covering the complete Wing Chun Fighting Art.

As part of her achievements in martial arts, J.N. Pfeiffer counts being Krav Maga (Israeli army's self-defense) practitioner.

She also teaches Tai Chi Chuan Wu style, 12 yin and 12 yang Tai Chi Chi Qong movements, Chen Tin Hung lineage.
