I am currently a Sifu (black sash with red tassels) under Sifu Arturo Gabriel. I assist him with teaching his classes as well as teach formal classes on my own with his blessing and encouragement.
biography (con't)
I began training in Wing Chun under Sifu Arturo Gabriel in Baltimore Maryland in 2001. Within a few years I became one of his top disciples. I currently work for Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in the Security department where part of my job is teaching the use of the colapsable asp and OC Spray to new officers. I am also a writer. In the past I have written for such magazines as Action Martial Arts Magazine and Black Belt magazine. I also have a blog where share my observation about life in general as well as Wing Chun. Currently working on a new book titled The Wisdom of Wing Chun. Besides assisting my Sifu, I also teach private lessons as well as at Loch Raven Rec Center.
