Following the general student curriculum of the IWTA-NAS, Sifu Elmond teaches according to each individual student's ability. He helps his students understand WingTsun principals and methodology. He never bullies his students, nor does he allow bullying in his classes. Sifu Elmond advocates that students who apply themselves to consistent, regular, correct practice are those who will accomplish their WingTsun goals.
