Tai Yin Wing Chun

Our school, located in Labastide Saint Pierre, France, offers traditional Wing Chun training focused on practical self-defense, personal growth, and community spirit. Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, we provide a supportive environment for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our Wing Chun curriculum includes fundamental forms, Chi Sao (sticky hands), reflex drills, and application techniques designed to enhance both physical coordination and mental clarity. We emphasize the core principles of Wing Chun, including relaxation, efficiency, and directness, while encouraging each student to develop their own understanding and expression of the art. In addition to regular classes, we host seminars and workshops to deepen students' skills and understanding of Wing Chun.
