In a standard class, the first 20-30 minutes of class are devoted to forms. The remainder of class is used for 2-person drills, conditioning and self-defense applications. Some classes may have a different structure such as a conditioning class or a focused workout from Sifu on a specific topic. There are also opportunities for weekend seminars and extra-curricular training.
Evening classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7pm to 9pm. Students who are at the Chum Kiu level and above will have an extra hour of training on Fridays from 9 to 10pm and an advanced class offered on Saturday morning from 10:00-12:00pm.
Prospective students are invited to a free introductory class.
