Abdul-Hadi’s Wing Chun Boxing blends the complete Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu system of Grandmaster William Cheung with the science and conditioning of Western boxing. Founded and led by Sifu Abdul-Hadi Winder, a certified 10th Level Sifu under Master John Clayton, the school preserves the full Cheung lineage curriculum — from Siu Nim Tao through Biu Jee, Wooden Dummy, and weapons — while integrating footwork, timing, and range control drawn from boxing.
Students are trained to develop Wing Chun’s close-range economy of motion alongside the explosiveness, defensive structures, and conditioning of modern boxing. The result is a practical, pressure-tested approach suited for self-defense, competition, and personal development.
