Sifu Michael was born in 1971, started his martial training in at the age of seven, progressing to Judo and in 1987 Western boxing, than Muay Thai boxing and Hap Ki Do. In the early 1990’s he was introduced to Wing Chun Kung Fu; an opportunity to train under Leung Ting his views towards combat. By 1995 his passion for Wing Chun grew to such an extent that he decided to devote his life to its study and perfection. He trained from 1992 to 2004 under Leung Ting and Heinrich Pfaff. After gaining full instructor status from the International Wing Tsun Association in Hong Kong and teaching for his organization since 1999; He left the Leung Ting Organisation together with Sifu Heinrich Pfaff 2004. He open his first school - Der Tempel der alten Künste - in 2001 in the Rhein Main area under the lineage from Leung Ting - Heinrich Pfaff. He moved 2004 back to Frankfurt Germany, to open his own Martial Arts School. Since 2012 Indoor Student under Sifu Gary Lam, Los Angeles. Now he had found his "Martial Arts Home and family" in Wing Chun Kung Fu under Sifu Gary Lam (Lam, Man Hog).
