"Sifu David Pangan began his training as personal student of Master Ron Heimberger (1956-2008) in 1992. Since 2008, he has continued his training as a personal student of Grand Master Ip Ching. He is currently a fully qualified Sifu in the Ving Tsun Ip Ching Athletic Association, personally certified by Grand Master Ip Ching" (southernutahwingchun, 2011).
